WHERE IS JODI FRIED BASED?

JODI FRIED is based in New York City.

AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT BE UNTIL I RECEIVE MY GARMENT?

The entire process typically takes between eight and twelve weeks. This includes the initial consultation, the muslin fitting, and the final delivery. For those who have already created a piece with JODI FRIED, this timeline may be shorter. We are also able to provide rush service at an additional charge. 

WHAT KIND OF FABRICS DOES JODI FRIED USE?

The JODI FRIED brand is centered on luxurious, intricate, timeless fabrics, sourced from textile mills around the globe, including Italy, Dubai and France. Additionally, many of the fabrics JODI FRIED uses are locally sourced in New York City. These fabrics come from excess high-end designer fabrications, which are used in order to lower JODI FRIED’s global footprint.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER, OR MAKE ALTERATIONS?

You may make changes to your order prior to paying the deposit. Additionally, JODI FRIED will cover the cost of one round of alterations to each piece. Any aesthetic changes to the garment after the muslin fitting can be accommodated, provided the client covers the additional expense.

Because our products are tailored to our clients’ specific measurements and needs, we do not offer refunds. However, client satisfaction is our top priority and we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your final garment.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIVE IN NEW YORK CITY?

While our main client base is located in and around New York City, we will work to accommodate you even if you are located outside of the area, especially if you are within the tri-state region. Because of the unique, one-on-one experience required to successfully create a bespoke garment, we prefer to meet you in person during the development process. This allows for the seamless creation of the perfect piece. However, we encourage you to reach out no matter where you are located.

CAN YOU DESCRIBE THE PAYMENT PROCESS?

Once a silhouette and a fabric has been chosen, you will receive an invoice, typically on the following day. You will be responsible for paying a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work can begin. Once the final garment is completed and fitted, the final non-refundable balance will be due. Please note, NYS sales tax applies to all orders (8.875%).

HOW MUCH DO JODI FRIED PIECES TYPICALLY COST?

Pricing is dependent on your fabric choice, silhouette, and detailing. We are happy to work with you in order to achieve a piece within a specified price range.
